Описание: If both parents have parental responsibility, major decisions, such as changing a child's school, requires the agreement of both parents and neither should unilaterally change their child's school without the others consent. If a parent tries to change the school without consent, the other parent can apply to court for a Prohibited Steps Order, which prevents the change until the issue is reviewed. Alternatively, if agreement cannot be reached as to which school a child should attend, either parent can apply for a Specific Issue Order for the court to consider and decide on the matter. #parentalresponsibility #childrenact
