Enough already with psychology. It's summer. Recently I walked the width of England on Wainwright's Coast to Coast Route: 330 km from St Bees on the Irish Sea to Robin Hood's Bay on the North Sea. If you're vaguely interested in this kind of extended walking trip, you might like this. If you're here for the mental health content, maybe not.
