2019 Park City Showcase of Homes - People's Choice Winner.
Our design gave this home an impressive architectural entrance with a portico & custom steel front door that opens into a sprawling footprint for main level living. The home has intentional indoor/outdoor living spaces that include indoor dining to outdoor fireplace lounge, indoor gaming to the outdoor hot tub, etc. The space also features a glass wall breezeway connecting the garage/mudroom to the main house. The open concept of living maximizes views in Promontory.
With the contemporary use of industrial mountain materials such as cedar T&G, steel sheathing, concrete stone panels, oak, and walnut. The home has a cohesive design from the exterior architecture to the interior spaces in both materials & finishes. The space also features a contemporary ceiling treatment.
We created a cozy, yet luxurious master suite with a steam shower, a private VIP guest suite with incredible views just steps from the main floor, and an entertainment-focused basement level with a golf simulator, lounge room, & music studio.
