The same thoughts. Again and again. Telling you that you're not good enough. Reminding you of every mistake. Whispering that things will go wrong. Playing conversations that happened years ago. Creating disasters that haven't even happened yet.

They discovered something else — a way to change your relationship with thought itself. So that negative thoughts can arise, and you remain untouched. Like clouds passing through a sky that has never been harmed by a single cloud.
Tonight, I want to show you how. Not to suppress your thoughts. Not to pretend they don't exist. But to finally, after all these years of suffering, be free from their control.
The thoughts may never stop completely.
