We are excited to share the latest masterplan proposal for sustainable drainage for the new city of Naya Raipur, capital city of Chattisgarh. In the age of dams, concrete walls, land reclaimation, canals, and sewage filled gutters, the new streams master plan of Naya Raipur plans to redefine how the city can interact with storm water in a sustainable and greenest manner possible. Kudos to Naya Raipur Development Authority for envisioning an alternative strategy to deal with urban drainage and storm water within the city. Special thanks to the superb team at Buildkraftt Engineering for spearheading this transformation at Naya Raipur. We plan to execute the first phase this year. More pictures and updates soon.
