Take it on the jobsite and serge rugs anywhere. Designed and manufactured entirely in the USA, the NCPS comes equipped with our special tape underlay feature. This tape feature ensures that carpet pile never busts through the serge. Thus providing a perfect, long-lasting finish. It’s able to maneuver difficult, acute angles with ease.
