This is the 4th video in the series of Creating a Body of Work. This video talks about the PLANNING of your work. The canvas size, whether canvas or paper, if you are going to add texture, your color palette and most importantly, how to create your thumbnail sketches from your Artist Statement to keep you on track.
While this entire painting of a series is a work in progress, some plan will help keep you focused.
This next in the series will be the creation of the art work... which might take several videos.
I suggest things like using Neoprene Foam Insulation as a tool for making marks, artgraph charcoal, woodie crayons... almost everything I use in my my amazon store to help you find things.
