Embark on an Epic Satopanth Trek! 🌄
On the first day, we arrived in Badrinath and spent some time exploring the area and visiting the temple, though we didn’t include any footage of the temple. After that, we wandered through the market, had dinner, and then went back to our room to pack and rest for the night. The next morning, we went to meet the trekkers who were staying at the hotel, and then we all set off together towards Mana. Upon reaching Mana, we provided the trekkers with complete information about the trek—how the route would be, whether it would be difficult or easy, and then we explained how to tie the shoe laces properly so that they wouldn’t come undone during the trek, how to use trekking poles, and the correct way to walk on the trail. In this way, we ensured that everyone was well-prepared. Then we began the trek. Along the way, we felt some fatigue, had a lot of fun, enjoyed the cool breeze, and witnessed the beautiful views of Vasudhara and the Alaknanda River. With us were our porters, cook, and our delightful guide, whose story you’ll get to learn about in upcoming videos. Also, my senior trek leader, Sunita Didi, and I are both trek leaders, and we have two brave trekkers with us—a 52-year-old woman and a 27-year-old woman—both of whom successfully completed this challenging trek on their first attempt. Thus, in Part 1, we showcase the beginning of our journey from Badrinath to Lakshmivan, and in the upcoming videos, you’ll find even more fascinating stories and experiences.
