After witnessing his family and a group of refugees slaughtered by a ruthless gang led by the merciless Colonel Cusack, a preacher (Kevin Sorbo) vows—at his dying wife’s request—to never seek revenge. Instead, he becomes a wandering bounty hunter, but when he defends a woman in a saloon, he is brutally beaten and left in the street by the very outlaws connected to Cusack. A mysterious woman with a troubled past, Maggie (Cynthia Watros), takes him in, nursing him back to health while demanding he leave his gun behind for the safety of her daughter. As tensions rise in the town, with a crooked sheriff and Cusack’s men threatening innocent squatters, the preacher must navigate a dangerous path between his promise of nonviolence and the growing need for justice, setting the stage for a relentless confrontation that will test his faith, courage, and skill with a gun.
