Hey you! Yeah, you!!! Depending on your age you either probably have heard tales of or did experience a time where mysterious, mostly black plastic discs had to be bought to actually own music and listen to it whenever you wanted to. No, not CDs! We are talking about the age of vinyl records. A time when the internet was not supplying anything. You had to know which shops could get you your favourite music, when DJs had to carry ridiculous amounts of records to a venue and - even worse - back home.We as DJs went digital for many reasons, but mostly to keep up with new tunes. However, the passion for music paired with a love for the records themselves kept us on the hunt, always looking for audio treasures. Now the time has come to open up the crates and share what we've gathered throughout the years. We digged in our crates and discovered loads of tunes that, after all those years, still put an instantaneous smile on our faces. To share that pleasure we made a first small selection, a thing called OPEN D CRATE - SOCA SESSION.Rather than focusing on a certain era or style we just went on a journey through our collection.So now we want to invite you: join us, jump aboard and enjoy this ride through musical history!
