When Ricky is asked to look after Toot he's so overprotective that he won't let Toot go on any of the exciting rides in the adventure park.

The Buddies go on a bike-along with Officer Bunker. Ricky wants police work to be more exciting and imagines he has found Mufflerkrunk’s secret lair at the abandoned garage.

Loop starts to think he is a real rescue bike after Officer Bunker gives him a pretend medal for getting Buster’s ball out of a tree. When Loop attempts to rescue Whoopi and Fred Whizzbang on his own Ricky must race in to help.

Ricky and his buddies find a special star-shaped badge that they believe gives them superpowers. When a landslide traps Toot and her class during a field trip, the buddies set off to save them. But they lose the special badge along the way, Ricky and his buddies are forced to put their real powers to the test for a super-duper rescue mission.

Toot wants responsibility in the Zoom family and Helen allows her to be to take over an emergency dispatcher for the day. When Toot doesn't give clear directions it's up to Ricky to teach her how to do to the job properly.

Ricky and the buddies set up a bike wash but don’t follow instructions from Maxwell on how much polish to use. Soon bikes are slipping all around Wheelford and it’s down to the buddies to work out how to stop them.
