Ingredients
Radish - 250gm
Green tomato - 1nos
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Dry Red Chilly - 3 nos
Onion medium - 1 nos
Curry Leaves - 1 string
Sunflower Oil - 4 tbsp
Green chilli - 4nos
Gralic - 1.1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Wash, peel and grate radish.
Tomato, green chilli, garlic and onion.
Step 2
Heat 4 tsp of sunflower oil in a pan and add mustard seeds,dry red chilli and curry leaves. Saute it for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add onion stir it brown. Then add green chilli and garlic.
Add coconut into it and saute for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Then add grated radish into it and mix well with 1/4 tsp turmeric powder then Cover with lid and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Open the lid and stir until it is dry. Switch off the flame.
Step 6
Tasty Radish Thoran is ready.
