Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant launched *Gova Annasanskruti*, a book authored by Padma Vinayak Khedekar and published by the Department of Information & Publicity, at Mantralaya. The book celebrates Goa’s diverse food heritage and the culinary traditions that unite Goans. The CM encouraged students and researchers to explore the book, stating, “We become what we eat.” He also congratulated Shri Khedekar and the Department for their valuable contribution to preserving Goa’s cultural identity.
