Complete Ban on Firecrackers in Delhi, 2022

Описание: Delhi recorded worst post-Diwali air quality last year with six consecutive severe days.

In view of Supreme Court Directions and keeping in view the need in public interest to curb high air pollution in Delhi, Delhi Pollution Control Committee has banned all kind of firecrackers.
There will be complete ban on manufacturing, storage, selling (including delivery through online marketing platform) and bursting of all kind of firecrackers. The restriction will remain in force till January 1, 2023.

An action plan is being drawn up by Delhi Police, Delhi Pollution Control Committee and Revenue Department to ensure strict enforcement of the ban.
