Описание: Preventing your pastry from sticking to the table is paramount to good lamination. By gently rolling and dusting the table with a small amount of flour , your pastry should slide over the table as you roll your pastry - just like an ice hockey puck does on ice. Regularly lifting and flipping the pastry also prevents the pastry from sticking while you roll and fold your pastry.
