This workout we will be focusing on our lower and upper body.
Grab a band you have at hand and strap it to your pole (or a sturdy kitchen table) and get your sweat on.
This is a rather static workout so use your muscle awareness to make the most out of the movements.
The movements (banded):
Step back
Adductors
extension
Pulse
Lift up
Pulse
Leg curl
Step sideways
Pulse
Row
Shoulder shrug
Lift up to chest
Plank to row
