Описание: 🔴MINDLESS Eating
is the practice of eating while working, or viewing a television, scrolling phone/tablet, talking on phone, taking a work call or while driving. It is also called DISTRACTED Eating. In these scenarios, one is not fully focused on and enjoying the meal experience rather one is eating Quickly while multitasking which can lead to:
Anxiety
Overeating
Binge Eating
Emotional Eating
Weight gain
This can be problematic, since it takes your brain up to 20 minutes to realize you're full. If you eat too fast & mindlessly, the fullness signal may not arrive until you have already eaten too much, leaving you not only physically uncomfortable, but mentally stressed at the amount of food you did not intend to consume.

🟢MINDFUL Eating
is the practice of being fully Present at meal times meaning you are using all of your physical and emotional senses to experience and enjoy the food. You can eat mindfully by:
Expressing Gratitude
Engaging all senses
Having small bites
Chewing thoroughly
Eating slowly
Research has shown that mindful eating can lead to greater psychological wellbeing, increased pleasure when eating, and body satisfaction. Practicing Mindful Eating along with healthful food choices can even reduce the risk of chronic diseases and support a healthy body image.
