Tandem carries are very useful and keep your hands free when you need to have two children up at once. The rucksack and front cross carry combination is a wonderful way to carry two children, using one wrap, with one child on your front and the other on your back. The unique thing about tandem carrying with this technique is the children can be the same size or one bigger than the other. When carrying children of different sizes and/or ages, make sure you place the heavier and/or older child on your back. This carry is best completed with a size 7 (5.2m) or higher.
