INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons oil
3 finely chopped onions

DIRECTIONS :
Soak the fish in hot water for 10 minutes, drain.

Add the tomato paste, let it cook, stirring continuously for 30 seconds. Then add the crumbled thyme, mix and continue to cook for 30 seconds on low heat.
Add your tomatoes add the salted fish, stir 15 seconds, cover and cook 5 minutes at low heat.
Add a little hot water and chopped parsley, stir 20 seconds.
