In 2025, the KUGA team carried out one of the biggest challenges in its history — the dismantling of a CKV hydraulic forging press with a pressing force of 13,000 tons at TS Plzeň (Czech Republic).
The machine was among the largest of its kind in Europe, with individual components weighing up to 200–300 tons.
The project required precise planning, specialized tools, and full team coordination.
The total weight of the dismantled components reached 3,600 tons.
The operation was completed safely and on schedule, proving that KUGA successfully delivers projects where massive scale meets the highest level of precision.
