Key Steps for the Snorkel to Regulator Exchange:

1. Begin with the snorkel in your mouth and the regulator ready in your right hand.
2. Take one deep breath while breathing normally and continuously exhaling to prevent holding your breath.
3. Use your left hand to remove the snorkel, ensuring constant bubble blowing.
4. Switch to your regulator, orienting the second stage correctly before placing it in your mouth.
5. Clear the regulator using the blast or exhalation method before resuming breathing.
6. Take another deep breath and remove the regulator with your right hand, maintaining bubble release.
7. Switch back to the snorkel, ensuring it is cleared by the blast method before resuming breathing.
8. Repeat this process, completing at least two exchanges while keeping your face in the water at all times.
