Part 2 of the first ride out.
132 BHP Triumph Sprint GT!
Here we travel Kirkstone Pass, from Ullswater towards Windermere. My favoured direction, due to the views as you ascend the pass.
Again the sound is iffy! Its much Jabberwocky as well as Jibber Jabber. But the view is nice;)
***For those interested, the main picture is from a Sony As100v, set at 25 FPS, Bit Rate of 16127kbps, on VIVID setting, at 1080, MP4 format.
The inset picture is from my old Veho Muvi, used in all the "Bonneville" vids. Its set at 59fps, at 7958kbps bit rate and 720 picture size.
The finished movie is rendered in MP4 format, 1080HD at 15000kbps and 25fps
Both cameras have lousy sound on camera. The Veho has no ext. mike, the Sony does, but you have to drill the case! Sound here is from a separate Sony voice recorder.
I think bitrate is more important than fps. Here is a formula;-
Kush gauge: pixel count x motion factor x 0.07 ÷ 1000 = bit rate in kbps
(frame width x height = pixel count) and motion factor is 1,2 or 4
High action video example;-
An example would be a 25 fps high action shot of an action scene with multiple quick cuts in a 1920 x 1080 frame size:-
1920 x 1080 = 2,073,600 pixel count
25 frames per second
4 = High Motion
(2,073,600 x 25) x 4 x 0.07 = 14515200 bps / 1000 = 14515 kbps bitrate
So from this formula its logical to look for lower fps (25/30) and a good kbps rate to get the good quality!
