माधव पाटील म्हणतात की, प्रत्येक महिलेला १०,००१ रुपये वितरीत करून त्यांनी फक्त निवडणूक जिंकण्याचा विचार नाही, तर महिलांच्या कौशल्यविकास, उपजीविकेच्या संधी आणि दीर्घकालीन सक्षमीकरणासाठी काम करणार आहेत.
