Scrap steel to Welding Cart Build DIY HOW TO

Описание: Holds my Miller Multimatic 220 welder, Hyperthem Powermax 30xp plasma cutter, Evolution 15" chop saw and circular saw, twin 150cf tanks, and tons of welding accessories in the full extension drawer.

THOUGHTS:
The twin tanks are the heaviest things on this(150cf each at 80lbs) and it would really be better with smaller tanks(125cf). The cart weighs around 75lbs + 160lbs welding bottles + 50lbs Miller welder + 15lbs Hypertherm Plasma cutter + 35lbs Evolution Chop saw+ 30ish lbs of misc = 350lbs. It is a lot of weight but moves easily and doesn't feel top heavy at all. I designed it in a way that I could put the welder on the bottom if I felt it was too top heavy; but I don't think that's necessary. I may even throw my old Lincoln WeldPak 100 on the bottom set up with flux core wire for those really dirty metal repair jobs. If anyone actually ever reads these thoughts, please let me know in the comments section as I may stop writing them if no one cares.
