The nearly demolished remains of a single peasant cooperative, or farm, in Žiar nad Hronom, Slovakia. The plastered building was once a cowshed, and the later metal frame building was probably once a granary. The cooperative was still operating perhaps 10 years ago, but gradually fell into disrepair. Today, the land is being cleared and awaits other uses.
