ଏଣିକି ସାଂସଦ ଓ ବିଧାୟକଙ୍କୁ ଅସମ୍ମାନ କଲେ ହେବ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ । ଅସମ୍ମାନ ଘଟଣାର ଅଭିଯୋଗ ପ୍ରମାଣିତ ହେଲେ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ପଦୋନ୍ନତି ରୋକିବା, ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ ଅବସର କିମ୍ବା ଚାକିରିରୁ ବହିଷ୍କାର ଭଳି କଠୋର ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦିଆଯିବ । ସବୁ ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ସତର୍କ କଲା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କାର୍ମିକ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ।
