This came out better and earlier than I expected. Definitely the easiest-to-cover track I've heard so far, which's actually insane because of how catchy it is.

Not only was the melody quite easy to catch, even without my player, I also had some room to add more stuff to make it more "flavorful". For example, I made a different drum line while also retaining some aspects from the original like the stereo switching at the middle section.
Then, I changed the rhythm of the bass line just a tiny bit.
Then, changed the accompaniment where in the original it plays the same notes as the bass line right towards the end of the second section.
Then, I changed the little sweeps in the main melody to glides, but that's because I couldn't bother replicating them.

But it was quite fun making this one, for once. The square melody is really the only one that could've been better if I knew better.

The tempo here is also a bit slower than in the original. While it takes 52 seconds for the original track to loop, this one takes 53. Not a big difference, but it's actually funny that mine is a little slower, especially considering my previous cover. Maybe I just prefer some tracks slightly slowed down and others slightly sped up.

By the way, I've become so obsessed with the original track that I've actually even rendered an osciview of it a few days ago. It's scheduled to go public on February 27, so the video description there might seem a little off if you compare it with this one. I ain't bothering to change it.

Oh yeah, did you notice I also changed my tracker's color theme? This one looks prettier and doesn't go as hard in the eyes as the previous one. It also somewhat matches with the color palette of my channel in that the colors are mostly warmer. Also good for composing in the dark, which's exactly how I composed this. It was like 10 PM yesterday and I made this entire thing in like 50 minutes, then took a break, then had some more minutes to adjust a few stuff.
I didn't wanna immediately post it just to make sure everything was as good as it can be.
