Melbourne crash: 'He just ploughed into them without stopping,' says witness

Описание: Two men have been arrested after a car crashed through an intersection and critically injured pedestrians outside Flinders Street station in Melbourne in what police described as a 'deliberate act'. Police initially said they had not evidence or intelligence to indicate a connection with terrorism. The driver, an Australian citizen of Afghan descent, had a history of drug use and mental health issues, police  said. The premier of Victoria, Daniel Andrews, said 19 people had been admitted to hospital, including the alleged offender. The second man was later released
