Floral Mother's Day Sugar Cookies

Описание: A fun tutorial on decorating sugar cookies with Royal Icing. In honor of Mother's Day, I am bringing Russian icing tips together with royal icing to create a floral cookie creation. Normally intended for buttercream icing, Russian piping tips pipe out a fully formed flower-like shape with one squeeze. Given my father's keen eye for unique baking tools and cookie related gadgets, I was lucky to receive these as a Christmas gift a couple years ago. Now, along with a combination of royal icing transfer flowers, these Russian piping tips and some regular piped flowers, I will build up a flower filled cookie that spells out the word 'MOM'.
