Taken from Winnie The Pooh & Christmas Too on ABC affiliate WTEN (channel 10) in Albany, NY. Some Disney shorts featuring Donald Duck were also included in the mix as well.
Steve Caporizzo's appearance here is in a promo for WTEN being "the weather source for the 90s," proudly proclaiming his then-10 years of forecasting the weather. Cap previously worked at WWLP in Springfield before coming to Albany in 1989.
