1. Get Groundjump and jump to the first ledge below the gate
2. Hold forward and target the wall to align yourself, get in the corner on the right
3. Sidehop left to grab ledge, climb up and turn 90 degrees left
4. Do 2 crouch stabs, do 1 ESS-left turn
5. Perform a frame-1 long-roll (roll while holding up) and pause buffer to the second frame of Link's jumping animation
6. Press Target to grab the upper ledge

00:41 - Lunge Storage Clip into the Right Side Red Ice
1. Pull out your sword/stick and jump onto the ledge at the entrance to the scythe room, get as close to the ledge as you can without falling off
2. Hold Target, hold up and swing your sword/stick at the same time, you should fall off the ledge and have Lunge Storage
3. Put away your weapon and target the wall to the left of the Red Ice
4. Sidehop right and sideroll, do 1 ESS-right turn
5. Quickdraw Link's sword/pull out a stick
6. Hold Target, Jumpslash, and hold up to clip through

01:14 - Lunge Storage Clip into the Left Side Red Ice
1. Pull out your sword/stick and jump onto the ledge at the entrance to the scythe room, get as close to the ledge as you can without falling off
2. Hold Target, hold up and swing your sword/stick at the same time, you should fall off the ledge and have Lunge Storage
3. Target the ice wall to the left of the Gold Skulltula, turn 90 degrees right
4. Hold Target and walk into the left side corner of the Red Ice
5. Continue holding up and Target, Jumpslash to clip through

01:34 - Ice Cavern Heart Piece w/ Shield and Bombs
1. Break the icicles in front of the Heart Piece
2. Walk back towards the entrance, get in the corner between the wall on the right and the steps
3. Target the steps to align Link, continue holding Target and climb up
4. Shield flick and neutral roll, shield drop a Bomb and backflip, get back in the corner
5. Pause buffer to the 5th black frame of the Bomb flashing
6. Hold up to climb the ledge, during the climbing animation start holding shield to get Ledge Cancel
7. Backflip (do NOT walk or jump off) the ledge, release Target
8. The Red Ice collision should be unloaded, walk into the Red Ice and press C-Up to deactivate Ledge Cancel and collect the item!

02:06 - Ice Cavern Heart Piece w/ Shield and Bombchus
1. Break the icicles in front of the Heart Piece
2. Walk back towards the entrance, get in the corner between the wall on the right and the steps
3. Target the steps to align Link, continue holding Target and pull out a Bombchu
4. Pause buffer to the 9th full-red frame of the Bombchu flashes
5. Hold shield AND up to drop the Bombchu and climb the ledge, release Left Stick while climbing to get Ledge Cancel
6. Backflip (do NOT walk or jump off) the ledge, release Target
7. The Red Ice collision should be unloaded, walk into the Red Ice and press C-Up to deactivate Ledge Cancel and collect the item!

02:35 - Push Block Room Red Ice Rupee
With sticks or sword, face away from the Red Ice and get behind it, sidehop to the right and Jumpslash to collect the Rupee

03:08 - Bomb HESS Through the Red Ice Before White Wolfos
1. Target the wall to the left of the Red Ice
2. Back away from the wall and roll into it to bonk
3. Shield drop a bomb, neutral roll, and backflip
4. While holding Target and Shield, pause buffer to the "big blue" frame of the Bomb flashes
5. Neutral roll and release Target and Shield, start holding ESS down-left position for the rest of the trick
6. Pause buffer to the second frame of Link taking damage
7. Hold Target and Shield, unpause to start HESSing
8. Release Shield and briefly release Target and Retarget to put the Red Ice behind Link and clip through

03:39 - Bombchu HESS Through the Red Ice Before White Wolfos
1. Give the Bombchu room to travel along the ground, hold Target and pull a Bombchu
2. Pause buffer to the 9th black frame of the Bombchu flashes
3. Hold Target and Shield, pause buffer 2 frames
4. Neutral roll and release Target and Shield, start holding ESS down-left position for the rest of the trick
5. Pause buffer to the second frame of Link taking damage
6. Hold Target and Shield, unpause to start HESSing
7. Release Shield and briefly release Target and Retarget to put the Red Ice behind Link and clip through
