I want to share a easy way to break a plateau after your done getting 5x5 or starting strength gains. Its a simple rep scheme thats worked well for me and Im sure it'll work well for you.
week 1: 65% 10x3
week 2: 60% 4x8-12
week 3: 85% 5x2
week 4: increase by 5lbs to your training max/1RM if you got hit all your sets. if you didn't Deload and repeat the following week. Be sure your in a caloric surplus.
