While facing the Ner'Zhul, take note of the cage and hoop to the left of him off the platform.
The hoop to the left is what you will want to be shooting your orb of torment through.
This goal seems particularly sensitive and many times you will think it scored when it didn't. The only time a goal is valid is when you see a flash around the hoop and the emote in chat of "A goal has been scored".
Score three goals, as recognized by the flash and emote and then kill the boss.
Please note: Since this video was made, a second swinging pendulum has been added. You need to shoot through BOTH in order to get credit.
We found the best way to it was to wait until the pendulum hit the apex then count to two then shoot, but your mileage may vary.
