Sell Therite, Kermite and Vixilium to the Administrator next to a construction site
Exit the system
Re-enter the system
You can see the Hypergate where the construction site was (double-click/land to use)
Press Delete to call your interceptors back.
I set the chapter to 1 in the console previous video (Getting Heavy) but this teaches you how to do it properly.
