Björn Rosengren (CEO, ABB)

Описание: Björn Rosengren has been President and CEO of ABB, a leading technology company in the fields of electrification and automation with around 105,000 employees, since 2020 and is one of Europe’s most influential managers. He is the recipient of the Order of the White Rose of Finland, the Gustaf Dalén medal, was named “Leader of the Year” by the Swedish magazine Affärsvärlden, and voted the most popular CEO of Switzerland by Swiss newspaper “Sonntagszeitung”.

From 2015 to 2020, Mr. Rosengren was President and CEO of Sandvik, a Swedish technology group in the manufacturing, mining, and infrastructure industries with approximately 40,000 employees and operations in around 150 countries. Prior to that, he spent four years as President and CEO of Wärtsilä, a global leader in technologies and lifecycle solutions for the marine and energy markets, based in Finland and employing around 20,000 people. From 1998 to 2011, he worked for Atlas Copco in various management positions.

Mr. Rosengren holds a Master of Science in Technology from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden.
