प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि टीएमसी सरकार का सिर्फ एक ही मकसद है। उनका आरोप है कि टीएमसी नेता खुद भी काम नहीं करते और दूसरों को भी काम नहीं करने देते। उन्होंने कहा कि जब तक उन्हें ‘कट मनी’ नहीं मिलती, तब तक वे सरकारी योजनाओं को गांव और गरीबों तक पहुंचने नहीं देते। इसी वजह से राज्य में केंद्र सरकार की कई योजनाएं अटकी रहती हैं। प्रधानमंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि कभी पश्चिम बंगाल पूरे देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को आगे बढ़ाता था और व्यापार-उद्योग में सबसे आगे था, लेकिन आज यहां के युवाओं को न सही शिक्षा मिल रही है और न ही नौकरी। इसलिए उन्हें काम के लिए दूसरे राज्यों में जाना पड़ रहा है।

According to him, until they receive “cut money,” they do not allow government schemes to reach villages and poor people. Because of this, many central government schemes remain stalled in the state. He also said that West Bengal once led India in trade and industry, but today many young people in the state are struggling to get proper education and jobs. As a result, they are forced to migrate to other states in search of work.
