Hello gang, in this video I document my solo hike up Mount Olympus, the highest mountain in Greece, reaching the Mytikas summit at 2,918 meters. The hike was done independently, including an overnight stay at Refuge C (Christos Kakalos) before the summit push in the early morn.
The route covers forest trails, steep rocky sections, and exposed terrain closer to the peak. Weather conditions, trail difficulty, and altitude all played a role in the climb, making this a physically demanding but well-marked hike for experienced hikers.
Though I didn't include much of the descent because I was incredibly tired and dark footage was not much visible. Regardless, enjoy the video!
