Описание: This year we are making a Basket Quilt! There will be twelve different 10" finished basket blocks set on point. The blocks will be rotary cut. There will not be any templates to worry about. Each month you will see the block made in three different color ways: 30's Reproduction Prints, a Red & White traditional look, and Christmas.

There will be at least three different ways to finish the quilt blocks at the end of the year. Watch the January video to see the different ideas I have for the finished quilts, but you certainly can finish them off any way you want! The easiest finish will measure either 43" x 43" or 43" x 56". Adding borders, sashing or spacing blocks can easily make this a much larger quilt. There will be directions at the end of the year for at least three different ways to finish off the blocks.

Fabric Requirements: 3 1/2 yards for the background fabric for all the blocks, the setting squares, corners, and setting triangles. For the baskets 12-24 fat quarters will be plenty or just raid your fabric stash!

All the blocks will have directions for 10" finished blocks but also give the measurements for a 5" finished block. You will also see a finished block in the video. I hadn't planned to make the 5" blocks in each of the color ways but the first one went together so quickly and was so fun to make that I just went for it!
