Here's episode 3 of The Slingshot Chronicles, all about latex band sets. In this episode we talk about the advantages of tubes versus flat bands, how to choose your latex and how to calculate your draw length. The episode ends with me making a 30/20 taper 0.8mm bandset on camera.
In episode 4 we discuss the various methods of attaching your bands/tubes to your frames with on camera examples of the most commonly used "wrap and tuck" method. I'll also be touching on bungs, oculus, gipsy tabs and slotted frame loops.
