Good old English, the standard Abbey of Kings 2TC build from a few seasons ago. In my opinion this is the most optimal way to get your second TC up.
Here's a simple text version of the build order for those who prefer it.
・6 initial workers gather sheep, next 2 workers mine gold and build mining camp and house
・Next 3 workers gather sheep, end up with 9-0-2 split
・Rally to stone, build landmark with gold villagers, then create a 4-3-0-4 split while rallying to wood
・Rally to wood until 4-8-0-4, then add one to stone (4-8-0-5)
・Pull workers off stone once the stone mine is below 850, then build TC with 5 stone vills + 2 gold workers
