We decided to invest in a small condo unit (a 2-Bedroom unit) in Pasig City. This is a peek in the renovation process and life updates along the way.
The condo is at Urban Deca Homes Ortigas, developed by 8990 Housing Development Corporation. It is a 30.60 sqm unit with 2 bedrooms and one bath. With one car parking slot, it was priced at approx Php 4.2M. Very good pricing if you ask me, considering it is in Ortigas Ext., Pasig City. The amenities are impressive ( multi storey and well designed clubhouse, alfamart that’s 24/7, ATM machine, coffeeshop, laundry etc) and the community spirit is strong (weekend markets and events). There are basketball courts, a lagoon, playground, open air gym and greenery where you can walk around in.
It is very accessible to public transport, schools, hospitals and shopping centers. We are happy with this gem in the metro and the small footprint means we are using up less resources. Living spaces need not be large for it to be enjoyed and truly lived in.
