Описание: Celaschi p40 is the double sided automatic squaring machine ideal for squaring, profiling, sizing and sanding panels, furniture elements, tables and door. The processed materials are mainly solid wood, chipboard and MDF but also non wood materials can be processed such as PVC and fiber cement. High quality materials guarantee long-lasting efficiency and reliability. The stiff and solid machine structure ensures the total absence of vibrations and therefore great processing accuracy even in heavy duty conditions. This “shaftless” configuration relies on the electronic gearing of the chains that improves the quality of the finished pieces, being able to cancel the natural pulsation of the chains themselves. Celaschi p40 can be configured with up to 5 operating units on each side. This includes the possibility to use HSK electrospindles, chamfering units, sanding discs and sanding belts. Positioning of these units can range from full manual to full automatic setup by means of brushless motors. Manual setup can also be supported by mechanical and electronic readouts to assist the operator and avoid any error. Celaschi p40 is suitable to process pieces both longitudinally and transversally and can be easily integrated into a line and connected with a line supervisor software and the factory MES, thanks to MAESTRO ACTIVE SQUARE HMI. Entirely designed and made in Italy, every celaschi p40 is subjected to rigorous checks during the assembly phase.
