Tutorial Commands:
1. execute at @a[scores={cookie=1..}] run summon creeper ~ ~ ~ {Fuse:0,CustomName:'{"text":"Cookie"}'}

2. execute at @a[scores={cookie=1..}] run particle minecraft:poof ~ ~ ~ 1 1 1 1 100 force

3. execute as @a[scores={cookie=1..}] run scoreboard players reset @s cookie

Note: command 2 is optional for particles!
