We were hired by the bride to serve beer and wine to 150 guests for 4 hours. Our client provided all the beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
Arriving with the necessary supplies for service, including beverage bins, a cooler and bar menu, we began setting up the venue's outdoor and indoor bar for efficient service. Following last call we repackaged all leftover beer and wine, and ensured a complete and proper clean up.
