Written Recipe
1)In a mixing bowl, add 500 gms chicken.
2)To that, add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chili and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
3)Add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp white vinegar.
4)Mix Well and marinate for 3 hours.
5)In a seperate mixing bowl, take 2 tbsp mayonnaise.
6)To that, add 2 tbsp cream.
7)Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper, 1/4th tsp red chili powder, 1/4th tsp crushed garlic, 1 tbsp white vinegar and dried thyme leaves.
8)Mix well and set aside. Ranch sauce is ready.
9)In a pan, add 1 tbsp ghee.
10)To that, add 1/2 tsp crushed garlic and saute well.
11)Add marinated chicken and cook until it changes colour.
12)Add 1/2 tbsp tikka masala and saute well.
13)Add 1/4th cup water and cook with a lid on for 5 mins.
14)Dry all the water.
15)Give coal smoke for 2 mins and set aside.
16)Put 1 tbsp pizza sauce and ranch sauce on a totilla.
17)Add cooked chicken, chopped onions and tomatoes and veggies of your choice.
18)Add cheese.
19)Fold in a half moon shape.
20)Toast in a greased pan for 2 mins on each side until golden.
Serce hot!!
