Описание: KRAUSE #creatingsafetyculture provides access and workstation solutions for workplace safety in the commercial vehicle sector. For more than 120 years, KRAUSE has specialised in the design and manufacture of systems that provide safe and comfortable access for working at height. The largest group of projects consists of stationary and mobile working platforms, including customised solutions for the maintenance and production of commercial vehicles.

All customised solutions are manufactured in accordance with the applicable standards and health and safety regulations and set standards in terms of functionality and user-friendliness.

In the major PKA project, the newly constructed maintenance hall for trains was equipped with a complete technical infrastructure that ensures safe and ergonomic working conditions for maintenance personnel, especially when working at height.

This included a 100 metre long work platform with extensions that dock directly onto the train.

Mobile, segmentable work platforms were also developed, which can be flexibly positioned at the required location on the train and assembled according to the required length of the individual segments using connecting clamps.

For flexible maintenance work on the different areas of the train, the project scope also included additional mobile access steps with platforms - some from the site range and some customised.

All of the structures designed and manufactured by KRAUSE fulfil the customer's high and very complex requirements in terms of ergonomics and flexibility. The customised designs offer comfortable and safe workplaces for maintenance personnel and at the same time reduce the time required for service work. This leads to minimised downtimes of the trains in the depot and increases efficiency in terms of their utilisation times as well as the productivity of the entire company.
