Monologue from Disney's CRUELLA

Описание: ANITA DARLINGGGGGGG - IT'S SO GOOD TO BE BACK! It has been a crazy past few weeks with traveling, events, and sickness but I'm so happy to have a new piece to post! I saw this movie a little over a month ago now and I knew it was gonna be one that I'd have to bring on the channel. Although I wasn't the biggest fan of the film overall, I'm a sucker for anything Emma Stone and Disney Villain!

In this scene, Cruella returns to the fountain to speak with her deceased adopted mother after the truth she's just discovered regarding her origin. She reveals that although she has fully come to embrace her evil side, she always has and will continue to love her adopted mother. This scene was really touching and I loved all the layers you got to see of Cruella's character. There were moments of pure evil, straight sorrow, and genuine sincerity. It really put Cruella's humanity and vulnerability on display - and as always, Emma Stone nailed it!

I'm hoping to be able to start posting more regularly in the coming weeks now that my schedule should be clearing up a bit! Thanks for sticking around and always being supportive! I appreciate it!

That explains all the “Tone it down” “Try to fit in”. Love me into shape, I suppose was the plan. And I tried. I really...I tried because … I loved you. But the thing is - I’m not sweet Estella. Try as I might. I never was. I’m Cruella. Born brilliant. Born bad. And a little bit mad. (chuckles) I’m not like her….I’m better. But anyway - I must dash. Must to avenge, revenge, and destroy. But i do love you. Always.
