Having pulled the plug on a wildcamp , I decided to head out to the local hills at Geltsdale and explore some old mines at the gairs then up on to the summits and visit the crash site of the Douglas Dakota . Weather was very changeable sunny/cloudy/winter showers and very windy.
Hopefuly this weather will settle down soon and I can get back out for some normal camping.
A big thanks to Lee at "Step away from the screens" for the shout out last week , I totally forgot to add it in this video.
