WOKEN UP ON A SUNDAY TO A PLUMBING NIGHTMARE!
Water was gushing out from under a kitchen sink, flooding an entire flat and spilling into the communal hallway. This was a real emergency call out at a block of flats I look after and it wasn’t the first time.
A tenant sent me a video showing kitchen and living room completely underwater. I rushed over in under 30 minutes to stop the damage and get things under control.
The cause? A failed press fitting that hadn’t been pushed in properly. A small mistake that turned into a major plumbing horror.
The leak was repaired, the water cleaned up, and the property made safe once again.
