Playing GW Wing Zero, my plan was to establish blockers early and prepare for the kind of mid-to-late game pressure GW decks usually bring. I was able to set up my defense pretty quickly, but my opponent kept pace and started building their own board.
Then things started to get a little scary.
My opponent managed to bring out Gfred and Gquuux, which immediately put me on alert since those units can start turning the game around fast if left unchecked.
At that point the game felt like it could swing either way.
But despite the pressure and the board state developing on both sides, we managed to hold the line and secure the W in the end.
Now I’m curious what you all think.
👀 Would you have played this matchup any differently?
Was there a safer line against GR Clan, or did this game play out the way it should?
